Athens, June 19, 2018: DHL Express, a global leader in the provision of international courier services, launched "Where Everything Clicks", a digital campaign around the world to develop its e-commerce industry and guide online traders as they penetrate the rapidly growing global market. DHL helps companies operate in the international environment where 70% of online buyers made at least one purchase from an international website in 2017, a 6% increase over the previous year. DHL Express aims with its campaign in businesses of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to large organizations, by advising them on how to expand their capabilities for international e-commerce transfers and how they will turn to buyers with high expertise such as " millennials, of which 68% are likely to choose a store based on the delivery options offered.

With the use of advanced market analysis tools, DHL can quickly identify sales websites that are moving from international locations, thus pointing to potential sales outside the vendor's core market. In addition, DHL can compare website traffic measurements with those of competitors by identifying opportunities to reduce bounce rates by adding an international courier facility. Thanks to an approach based on a list of specific control points, DHL Express advises merchants on how to optimize their websites for international sales and how to create a competitive edge through the delivery options offered.
With On Demand Delivery, buyers are proactively notified via email or SMS about the progress of a mission. Recipients can schedule delivery for another day, arrange delivery at a nearby DHL service point or an alternate address, or even ask for a hold to be kept on hold during their vacation. DHL Express already offers On Demand Delivery service in more than 100 countries, with around 50 more countries added this year.
The "Where Everything Clicks" campaign includes studies and video footage that present guidelines, trends, and market analysis elements. The campaign will take place on multiple online marketing channels, such as organic and paid search, "rich" content placements, scheduled advertising, online PR and influencer marketing. DHL Express launched the campaign in the United States, the United Kingdom and South Africa, extending it to China, Germany, Mexico and other selected markets in the second phase - and eventually around the world.
